Cleansing our face with oil enables us to remove dirt, makeup & buildup without stripping our skin of its natural acid mantle. This cleanser removes impurities from within pores while toning and hydrating the skin.

This unique face oil penetrates deep into the skin to replenish moisture, soothe inflammation, and promote a clear, radiant complexion. It may also be used as a daily face moisturizer. This oil has a deep green herbaceous scent reminiscent of yarrow blooms and tansy flowers.

Ingredients

Yarrow: anti-inflammatory & astringent especially for acne prone skin. It also soothes dry, irritated skin types.

Meadowfoam seed oil: Is a quick absorbing oil rich in vitamin E, omega 3- and 6- fatty acids. It retains moisture, fights free radicals and helps maintain the skin's youthful appearance.

Yarrow oil: An antioxidant power house; this oil is one of the most powerful natural astringents. It promotes shrinking of skin pores and helps detoxify congested skin types.

Ingredients: Caprylic (fractionated coconut oil)*, Limnanthes alba (meadowfoam oil), Ricinus communis (castor seed oil)*, Achillea millefolium (yarrow extract & oil)*, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba seed oil), Tanacetum annuum L. (blue tansy oil).

Usage

Dampen the face with a warm face cloth to soften the skin's sebum. Gently massage up up to one minute 4-5 drops to remove makeup, loosen dirt and impurities. Wipe gently without scrubbing the face. This will leave it feeling cleansed, dewy and hydrated. Please be sure not to drop water into the bottle of oil. Keep water out of the product.

Can’t quite like this

I wrote to BF to ask about a face cleanser and this was recommended. Despite my misgivings I tried it but I just can’t get on board. I still need something to remove the grease from my face after so at that point, what’s the point? I wrote to the company to ask for help or pointers and didn’t hear back. I love some of their other products but this didn’t work for me.

Such a beautiful product!

I ordered this product 7 months ago, and I didn't even use half of it despite using it daily, a little goes a long way for sure. I love the colour and the smell. I have been using it as a cleanser in the shower, but I will try to use it as a face oil too. I really love it!

Oil for cleaning and much more

I have ordered this just after new years and it came fast. Packaging was beautiful and I think this product will last a long time. I started it using every other day, I rub oil (it smells lovely, soft, like nature) on my damp face and wipe it off after few minutes with washcloth or cotton pad. It makes my face very moist and soft yet not oily. I follow this in a morning with Fireweed oil on neck and face too. I am liking what is this doing to my 46y old skin. I hope it will give me extra boost to my skin during winter months in New England.

OUTSTANDING!!!

Wow! This oil is incredibly concentrated and truly nourishing. Just a few drops are so powerful! Even the scent makes me feel I’m right in the forest, basking in the botanicals. The level of intentional craftsmanship is deeply felt with each use.

A staple product for me!

This has been my go-to cleanser before bed for over a year now. I love the simplicity of simply adding a couple drops of water to it, cleansing my face and then wiping off with a warm cloth. My skin feels so nourished afterwards!
